Our Mission is to help and care for people whom are going through life difficulties and challenges, and to confidentially bear one another's burdens through discipleship using Bible based principles and materials from the American Association of Christian Counselors.
Life struggles of hurts, habits and hangups can prevent us from growing and maturing spiritually. A Discovery Ministries Leader is a member of the church body who is recruited, selected, trained, and supervised by the Discovery Ministries Coordinator to provide, one-to-one or group, Christian care to persons in need on behalf of the church body. Discovery Ministries Leaders meet with individuals for about one hour each week. Ministry Leaders training includes continuing education classes and supervision.
